About Us

Our Story

Rebound’s founder, Jennifer Ilgauskas, has always prided herself on providing quality, professional services to her clients.  For more than five years she managed Precision Orthopaedic Specialties in Chardon, Ohio, and truly enjoyed the various challenges associated with the daily operations of a medical office.  It was during that time that Jennifer met her future husband, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, a professional basketball player with the Cleveland Cavaliers.  They soon married and relocated to the West Side of Cleveland.  Despite her passion for sports medicine, she tired of the daily 60-mile commute and decided to step away and spend time at home with her husband.

While at home for over a year, Jennifer was inspired by the skilled physical therapists that helped rehabilitate Zydrunas and got him back in the game after sustaining an injury on the court.  She began exploring the possibility of starting a privately-owned, out-patient, physical therapy clinic.  After months of research and late-night conversations with her husband, Rebound Physical Therapy was born. Our first clinic opened its doors in October of 2006.  Since then, we have served many patients and maintained our commitment to bringing quality care to patients throughout Northeast Ohio.

Our Mission Statement

Rebound Physical Therapy’s mission is to provide a unique outpatient rehabilitation experience.  We are committed to excellence in customer service, continuity of care from evaluation through return to functional status, integrity in all of our actions, personalized evidence-based care treatment, and honesty and respect for our patients and each other.

Our Physical Therapists

At Rebound, we take our patients’ rehabilitative needs and goals very seriously and personally. Our qualified physical therapists believe that, by treating our patients’ injuries as if they were their own, a partnership is formed which enables our patients to reach their goals more effectively.  By practicing this philosophy, our therapists are able to get our patients back to the quality of life they were accustomed to prior to their injuries.
